Junior Programmer

We’re seeking enthusiastic junior developers—fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience—who are ready to build, learn, and grow with Java-based solutions alongside a supportive team.

#### What You’ll Do:  
- Develop, test, and maintain Java applications  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless software integration  
- Work with senior developers to design and implement solutions  
- Debug issues and optimize code  
- Join code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation efforts  
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code  

#### What We’re Looking For:  
- **Education:** Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)  
- **Experience:** 0-2 years in Java development (fresh grads welcome!)  
- **Technical Skills:**  
 - Proficiency in Java  
 - Grasp of OOP, data structures, and algorithms  
 - Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, or Java EE  
 - Bonus: Knowledge of REST APIs, MySQL, RabbitMQ, or Redis  
 - Familiarity with Git and version control  
- **Soft Skills:**  
 - Strong problem-solving ability  
 - Good communication and teamwork  
 - Eagerness to learn and adapt  

#### Nice to Have:  
- Exposure to microservices architecture  
- Familiarity with Docker
