Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities in the assigned clients, including establishment and achievement of sales budget and business plans
  • Actively explore and develop business opportunities from existing and new accounts
  • Take lead to negotiate prices and terms with clients and suppliers
  • Interface and cooperate with Business Units and other functional departments to meet customers’ needs and goals
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers via providing high standard of customer services continuously
  • Collect up-to-date information and prepare reports relating to customers’ sales activities and business forecasts

Job Requirements

  • Must be frequent travel to overseas, trade shows, China
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/ Business Administration/ Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development or product management
  • Solid exposure in eyewear market and/or manufacturing industry is highly preferred
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and financial sense
  • Good presentation, communication and influencing skills
  • Target-oriented, passionate and able to work independently
  • Hands on computer skills such as MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint applications
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Mandarin
