Key Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead Key Accounts team in the company
• Develop and execute annual business plan and promotion strategy to achieve sales target
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and expand the account portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with key accounts to create mutually beneficial agreements and operations on a day-to-day basis
• Develop and execute the marketing plan of key brand portfolio
• Collaborate with marketing and operation team for new product launch campaigns
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure in-store execution effectiveness
• Compile reports (e.g inventory & sales forecast reports) for management review
• Preparation of the business presentation, budget planning on a regular basis
• Follow up the order processing to ensure on-time orders delivery
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to business needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or relevant disciplines
• 8 years of account management experience in FMCG industry. Preferred experienced in managing convenience store and supermarket channels (e.g. Wellcome, ParknShop, 7-11, Circle K, etc)
• Process strong network with trade partners
• Strong business planning and strategic mindset
• Attention to details with excellent negotiation, interpersonal, numerical & analysis skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, result-driven & customer-oriented
• A team player
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Candidate with more relevant experience might be considered as Senior Key Account Manager.
