Landscape Architect

Responsibilities: 

·         Assist Managing Director / Project Director in softscape design development for Landscape projects;

·         Organize and prepare softscape construction drawings and plans for submission, under the supervision of the Managing Director / Project Director;

·         Prepare tender package for the projects and estimate cost in planting selection under the instruction and supervision of Managing Director / Project Director;

·         Assist Managing Director / Project Director in preparing specifications, to organize and verify all information involved;

·         Assist Project Director / Project Manager in project coordination especially in the meeting with local architects, clients and contractors;

·         Produce reports and conduct research on site information or any variance thereof concerning the landscape architectural plans and softscape design plan;

·         Conduct site inspections if necessary;

·         Any other duties as assigned by Managing Director / Project Director.

Requirements:

·         Degree holder in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture or related disciplines;

·         5 - 8 years’ experience in landscape architecture industry;

·         A professional member of Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects (HKILA)

·         Excellent hand graphics, design and communication skills/ Strong in formulating design concepts for projects

·         Experience in large scale residential, mixed use development, urban design, hotel and resort design would be an advantage;;

·         Responsible, passionate, hardworking and self-motivated with out-standing time management skills

·         Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

·         Willing to travel
