Main Responsibilities:

  • Update and maintain daily and monthly report (Inventory report (include GIT), sales report)
  • Handle Inbound shipment (shipment tracking and system updates)
  • Handle Outbound shipment (Export markets)
  • Handle goods transfer between warehouses.
  • Daily communication with distributors/salesman about queries related to stock availability and orders.
  • Support the order desk, includes order receiving, shipping, and billing in SAP.
  • Coordinate with 3PL and distributors for shipment arrangement includes documentation and necessary applications.
  • Liaise with Regional sales office/Central team on urgent stock requirement and stock reallocations.
  • Target to achieve optimal inventory level assigned by the company.
  • Support the planning team on assigned tasks when necessary.
  • Support the year end audit and internal audit (stock take, documentation, compliance).
  • Support office general administration work when necessary.

Required Skill Sets:

  • Experience in a similar Customer Support/Logistics role e.g. Export Sales Support, and local HK fulfillment support.
  • Pro-active, able to think out-of-the-box, and willing share ideas for continuous improvement .
  • Good written and oral knowledge of English.
  • Accurate, attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Hands on mentality.
  • Highly structured and efficient way of working.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Charismatic and customer oriented, representative.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus; Good knowledge of MS Excel. Able and willing to learn new system when needed.
  • Supply chain experience preferred.
