Manager (Administration Department)
Descriptions
Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Medical Superintendent the appointee will mainly day-to-day administrative functions in the following areas:
- General Administration ;
- Human Resources ;
- Procurement and Material Management ;
- Facility Management ;
- Secretarial duty of Hospital Committee ;
- Handling patient complaints ;
- Liaising with external parties such as government departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines ;
- Possession of relevant qualification in Business Administration / Public administration / Human Resource / Marketing an advantage ;
- At least 10 years' post-qualification managerial experience in management function, of which in health care sector is preferred ;
- Experience in committee secretariat, general administration and budget planning ;
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure ;
- Good communication skill ;
- Good command of written English and Chinese ;
- Knowledge in the application of Microsoft Office.
