Manager / Assistant Manager (Digital & Performance Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop performance marketing strategies across all digital channels for clients
• Measure campaign effectiveness and prepare regular reports and analyses for clients
• Proactively identify initiatives and opportunities against client business objectives
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to your team to drive growth for your clients
• Nurture your team to perform at the highest level when executing performance campaigns
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree or above, preferably in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, performance marketing & e-commerce; Agency background is highly preferred
• Proficient in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and digital marketing tools
• Strong leadership with strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Sharp numeric and analytical skills, ability to draw insights and determine strategies out of research data
• Good business sense, target-oriented and strong client engagement
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver results
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as junior post
