Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Responsibilities:

• Perform the works of financial planning and analysis including annual budgeting, periodic forecast, budgetary control and other adhoc tasks;
• Provide high-quality financial modelling and analysis in support of strategic priorities, initiatives and decision making in the development of an I&T park;
• Liaise and coordinate with other divisions in the Company and provide necessary business support in the relevant areas;
• Prepare financial presentations and performance dashboards for management review;
• Provide the relevant support to implementation and enhancement of IT systems and other digitalization projects;
• Assist and provide support in ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognized degree in any related discipline;
• Professional qualification in one of the recognized professional bodies in Accountancy (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA or CIMA) or MBA degree is preferred;
• At least 8 years of related experience, in which minimum 2 years at managerial level, obtained in the fields of audit, commercial environment or public bodies;
• Strong analytical minds & skills and highly competent in critical thinking;
• Highly endurant, strong integrity, meticulous, organized, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to think out of the box;
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese.
