职位描述
Duties:
- To provide administrative and secretariat support to various committees / task forces / working groups, etc.;
- To coordinate meetings, manage projects / undertakings, handle industry consultations / surveys, conduct researches on industry practices / topics;
- To organize and coordinate industry seminars, briefings, activities;
- To liaise with member companies, regulators, government departments and professional bodies, etc.;
- To handle public inquiries relating to insurance; and
- To manage other projects / ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably in languages / business / related disciplines;
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience;
- Relevant experience in insurance is not a must but preferable;
- Good interpersonal, strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Self-driven and able to work under pressure;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
