职位描述

Duties:

  • To provide administrative and secretariat support to various committees / task forces / working groups, etc.;
  • To coordinate meetings, manage projects / undertakings, handle industry consultations / surveys, conduct researches on industry practices / topics;
  • To organize and coordinate industry seminars, briefings, activities;
  • To liaise with member companies, regulators, government departments and professional bodies, etc.;
  • To handle public inquiries relating to insurance; and
  • To manage other projects / ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in languages / business / related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience;
  • Relevant experience in insurance is not a must but preferable;
  • Good interpersonal, strong analytical and organizational skills;
  • Self-driven and able to work under pressure;
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
