Manager, Product Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Product Management team, and report to the Division.
• Responsible for coordinating the Company's product planning management, rolling out overall product planning, clarifying key products and capability maps; conducting forward-looking product research, and coordinating the overall product development strategy.
• Responsible for liaising with CMCC's Product Management Committee Office (Marketing Department), following CMCC's product planning management, resource matching, incentive policies and other related requirements and promoting implementation.
• Responsible for the unified collection of business development resource requests, organizing evaluation, promoting construction and other closed-loop management, and strengthening business development and resource matching coordination.
• Responsible for the Company's product life cycle management, formulating product management related rules and policies; responsible for product listing and delisting management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8 years of product or business management experience in telecom or relevant industry, experience in staff management preferred
• Good coordination, project management, multitasking, logical analysis and presentation skills.
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English, Putonghua is a must.
• Self-starter, team player, proactive and able to work under pressure
