Manager (Test Package)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all activities concerning technical services.  Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, providing direction to laboratory personnel
• Provide training, guidelines and technical consultation services and interpret results to users
• Conduct necessary centralized technical training to the network
• Carry out on-site technical audit
• Conduct report audit.  Create necessary laboratory performance data and resolution provided to the laboratory
• Support technical review of client program manuals and protocols
• Analyze industry research and development on best practices and benchmarking with regard to technical testing standard and assessment system for product testing
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations/ industry standards and products to be tested
• Provide technical assistance and operating support to other divisions/departments as needed; collaborate with the division/department managers in determining project priorities to establish work schedules and personnel assignments

Job Requirements:

• University degree with minimum 5 years relevant work experience
• With substantial operational and management knowledge and experience in laboratory industry
• Familiar with various testing method development tools
• Proven success in analyzing situations and developing strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills with management, business partners, clients and staff members 
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is preferable
• Working location: Kwun Tong
