Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Tender Management: Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams to execute marketing activities effectively.
• Market Analysis: Identify opportunities through competitor analysis.
• Client Engagement: Present management proposals during client interviews.
• Service Innovation: Develop new service offerings to meet client needs.
• Customer Feedback: Conduct surveys to gather insights on client satisfaction.
• Internal Communication: Foster relationships with various departments to align marketing strategies.
• Reporting: Provide management with regular reports and insights on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum  5 years in a managerial marketing role; tender preparation experience highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, adaptable and accountable.
• Languages: Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
• Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours.
