Marketing Assistant - Influencer Program (Part-time)

You will assist on the strategic planning and growth of the global market for YesStyle Influencer Program and executing its events. This person will not only identify new influencers and activate the influencers with innovative campaigns, but also handle the influencer enquiries to assist them to solve the issues with friendly attitude and prompt response.

What You'll Do: 

• Identify, acquire and build long-term relationship and partnership with relevant and suitable influencers in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors to achieve the expansion strategy for the YesStyle Influencer Program 
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns and conduct various analysis reports, market research and competitor analysis to formulate strategic initiatives that add value to influencer experience and performance as well as improve operational efficiency 
• Check enquiries and interact with influencers to solve issues and questions about the Influencer Program, products and services etc. across different channels, such as email and social media channels, to ensure all the enquiries were handled on a timely basis
• Identify the appropriate response and strategy to solve influencer issues as quickly as possible and ensure influencer satisfaction
• Handle ad-hoc administrative work, e.g. package shipment, influencer order placement and order tracking etc.
• Support the team on report preparation

What You Have:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/E-commence/Business or related disciplines
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Outstanding level of spoken and written German, Italian, Spanish or other languages will be an advantage
• Experience on creative design will be an advantage
• Be able to manage large amounts of chats, emails, and other communication channels
• Strong communication skills and exceptional capability to build long-term relationship with influencers 
• High adaptability with multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
• Fast-learning, creative, well-organized and detail-minded
• Collaborative team player
