Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and executing marketing activities and sales promotions.

• Copywriting for marketing tagline and product page content

• Assisting in marketing and advertising campaigns on all digital platforms, such as social media (Facebook and Instagram ads), EDM, KOL and search consoles (Google ads), etc.

• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

• Operate retail shop marketing activities

• Liaise with internal and external parties for campaign implementation

• Translation/copywriting in English and Chinese

• Responsible for sales and marketing performance reports on a timely basis

• Handle customer complaints and enquiries

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing / Journalism or Business-related disciplines

• 1 year of relevant experience in marketing, ideally with exposure in skincare/retail industry

• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills

• Good PC skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing is a must

• Team player, well-organized, detail-minded with pleasant personality

• Independent, self-motivated, diligent, open-minded and able to work under pressure

• Immediately available is preferred
