Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Digital Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of various digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and search engines
• SEO and SEM Support:  Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and assist with search engine marketing strategies to improve online visibility
• Analytics Monitoring: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance, generating reports to provide insights on effectiveness.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for the company’s website and social media channels, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis that inform marketing strategies.
• Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts by creating, scheduling posts, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to comments.
• Email Marketing Campaigns: Assist in designing and implementing email marketing campaigns, tracking their performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including database management, scheduling meetings, and organizing files.
   

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above, preferably major in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field;
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably from retail or jewels or ecommerce industry;
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
• Strong marketing sense, logical thinking with excellent communication skills
• Passionate about fashion trends and beauty trends is a plus
• Experience in online shop
  - Knowledge of popular social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, is a MUST
  - Good understanding of online social media platforms and search engines
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Creative, presentable and able to work multi-tasks under tight schedules;
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese.
