Marketing Assistant / Marketing Executive

What you'll be doing

• Learn and understand oversea customer's needs and requirements.
• Process production and sampling orders to relative parties and follow-up progresses.
• Prepare periodical reports for monitor and management review.
• Provide customer services, update ERP system.
• Follow through shipments schedules and take proactive actions to prevent any delays.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers on all the processes of the orders.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain files and records in efficient and effective manner.
• Handle ad hoc issues.

What we're looking for

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in any marketing role equivalence
• Independent, pro-active and problem solver.
• Work independently with good organizational and analytical skills
• Proficiency of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Strong communication & business partnership skills
• Immediate available is an advance.
