Job Purpose: 

Report to Marketing Manager and work closely with marketing team and internal teams to successfully develop and execute communications plans that are in line with brand strategy, commercial targets, and that enhance consumers’ perception.

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following JOYCE's policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Marcom Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute marketing and communications (marcom) plans that align with brand strategy and commercial goals to enhance consumer perception.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure marcom roadmaps are executed efficiently.
  • Track and manage marcom budgets.
  • Develop marketing calendars, proposals, and reports.

Brand Awareness and Relationships:

  • Support projects to increase brand awareness, manage communication plans, promote activities/events, and cultivate relationships with media, KOLs, and celebrities.
  • Provide relevant marcom content and manage social media platforms.
  • Build relationships with retail teams to understand business performance and inform relevant marketing initiatives, ensuring marcom strategy and brand values are reflected in the customer journey.

Marketing Operations and Optimization:

  • Write and proofread materials to maintain language consistency.
  • Monitor online/offline marketing performance and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Coordinate and execute brand image and retail sales events.
  • Work with marcom team to develop measurement strategies for campaigns and promotional assets.
  • Explore, recommend, and optimize communication methods to engage target audiences.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years’ relevant experience in luxury retail or fashion PR industry (fresh graduates with related study / intern experience welcome)
  • Degree holder, preferred in Marketing, PR, or related field
  • Passion and commitment to the fashion industry
  • Strong interest in communicating compelling brand narratives
  • Innovative marketing mindset and ability to identify new communication opportunities
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms (e.g. IG, WeChat, Xiaohongshu) is a plus
  • Immediate availability preferred
