Account Servicing Manager.

Job description

1. Service orientation
2. High international negotiation skills
3. High Level English (writing, reading, and speaking) and accent is important.
4. Min 5 years of experience in managing staff
5. Min 5 years of experience with international ERP system ( not Chinese ERP system )
6. High level experience in negotiation , presentation and leading in meetings with foreign customers .
7. Assertiveness is a must   !!.
8. Willing to work in Shekou Shenzhen minimum 2-3 days per week, or to station in Shekou , Shenzhen.
9. Minimum 3-5 years experience in dealing with distributors
10. Knowledge in Electronic products advantage
11. High organizational skills & management skills; can handle many tasks on the same time; regularly reports to CEO; can work under pressure and long hours ; must have an excellent memory
12. High sensitivity to the staff, partners, suppliers and customers is a must.
13. Able to manage couples of staff without the help of CEO.
14. Need to fly from time to time to meet customers
15. High level in mathematic and understanding finance , credits and so on.
16. High ability to work with different departments such as marketing, business development, product managers, finance, logistics, and more. While working with a high level of humanity, sensitivity, you must know how to meet the needs of the department you will manage
17. Monthly salary : between 30,000 to 45,000 HKS + generous year end bonus.
18. Working days : Monday to Friday , Saturday if need. Working hours : 9 am to 7 pm most of the time
