Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in designing brochure covers, posters, flyers, leaflets, PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing materials
• Manage digital marketing projects and vendor accounts, including but not limited to SEO and SEM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu), EDM, etc.    
• Assist in translating English marketing materials into Chinese
• Provide support in coordinating and executing regular school events, including but not limited to photography, videography, photo editing, video editing, technical set-up, refreshment orders, gift preparations, etc.
• Collaborate with internal (IT team) and external (vendor/contractor) parties for company website management and maintenance, creating/designing new logos, ad banners, etc.
• Provide administrative support to the team, such as pulling data, preparing reports, printing supplementary documents for meetings
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Essential Qualities

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a business-related subject, preferably in Marketing or related fields, and/or 1+ year of related work experience
• Relevant experience in digital marketing and photo/video editing is preferred; Fresh graduates will also be considered 
• Proficient in WordPress, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in SEM, SEO, GDN, Publisher, Canva, Facebook Reporting, Google Analytics, Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Survey Monkey, Constant Contact or Liana Tech is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical thinking, problem solving, creativity, with a passion in Marketing and pride in quality of execution
• A good team player with excellent communication skills in written & spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English
