Marketing Executive

Job Descriptions

• Support day-to-day operation of retail sales and marketing activities.
• Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels both online and offline, and content marketing.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
• Owner, monitor and provider for onboarding training to frontline staff on marketing communication tool.
• In charge of video editing and simple graphics design for web and print to support in-house promotional needs.
• Assist marketing manager on marketing automation initiative and campaign.
• Assist in POSM marketing planning.
• Assist in marketing collaterals including layout design, proof-reading, and production.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for effective communications.
• Sales administration support and ad hoc assignments on press coordination, CRM events, pop-up store, event sponsorship etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing/Communications/Public Relations /Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of retail marketing experience. Luxury brand experience is a plus. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Sales and Marketing Officer.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude, resourceful, strong organization and communications skills, priorities management and a good team player.
• Proven track record in end-to-end content marketing from strategy to execution.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Shopify, Omnichat, Google analytics etc.
• Proficiency in graphic design such as Canva/Adobe Illustrator is a must.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel (vlookup and pivot table), PPT and Chinese word processing.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin/ Cantonese).
• Immediately available is an advantage.
