We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team, supporting the end-to-end marketing process – from crafting innovative ideas during the pitching stage to executing impactful projects that deliver results.

 

Your Mission

As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of our marketing and project execution, supporting the team with research, brainstorming, proposal creation, and managing day-to-day marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure every project is executed flawlessly and delivers measurable results.

 

What You’ll Do

• Pitch Support:
  
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas and strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare sales proposals and decks, ensuring they are visually compelling, data-driven, and aligned with the client’s objectives.
     
• Project Execution:
  
  • Manage the daily execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication with clients, production teams, and partners to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Prepare content briefs for creative teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee shooting production and ensure all content aligns with the creative vision and client expectations.
     
• Quality Assurance:
  
  • Review and refine all deliverables to ensure they meet PressLogic’s high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Monitor campaign performance and gather feedback for future improvement.
    
     

What We’re Looking For

• Creative Problem Solver: You can think critically and creatively to turn ideas into actionable solutions.
• Strong Researcher: You know how to gather and analyze data to uncover insights that inform strategies.
• Excellent Communicator: You’re confident in both verbal and written communication, with the ability to manage conversations across teams and clients.
• Detail-Oriented Planner: You have a knack for managing timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring no detail is overlooked.
• Deck and Presentation Skills: Proficiency in Canva is essential. Bonus points for familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to execute projects.
• Adaptable and Organized: You can juggle multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Knowledge of content production or campaign execution is a bonus!
