Marketing Executive - Publicity & Promotion

With over 10 years of history in the movie distribution industry, we would like to invite a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Marketing Executive – Publicity & Promotion.

Responsibilities :

PR & Communications -

• Develop PR strategies and campaigns
• Write press releases and prepare various PR & promotional materials to pitch and secure media coverage for movie release
• Update and maintain media profiles and database and handle media enquiries
• Prepare reports on post-event & campaign with findings and insights on regular basis
• Daily monitor social media platforms for press clippings; and follow up ad production based on the media plan and schedule

Event Management -

• Assist in developing ideas for Movie events / Gala premiere
• Liaise with different external vendors for event planning
• Handle all logistics and on-site operations including venue sourcing & liaison, to ensure all events are well executed within the budget

Marketing & Admin -

• Pitch different potential partners for online & offline joint-promotion activities and sponsorship
• Assist in preparing Movie marketing plan and budget and ensure a successful implementation of the approved marketing plan
• Explore promotional opportunities and ideas with different partners and vendors to enhance the movie awareness
• Administrative support to the team including materials management and marketing invoicing and etc.
• Ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications preferred
• 2 years relevant work experience in field
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Media connection with Movie / Lifestyle / Culture will be an added advantage
• Detail-minded, highly motivated, responsible and a good team player
• Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work under tight timelines
• Candidates with more experience will be considered Senior Marketing Executive
• Immediate available is preferred
