Marketing Intern/Marketing Assistant/Marketing Officer (Temporary up to 1 year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of marketing activities
• Develop engaging marketing campaigns as well as online and offline marketing collaterals to drive business growth
• Implement & optimize digital marketing strategies for the brand, including assist in content creation, design creative and social media platforms management
• Manage sample coordination, product survey, data analysis on product performance, report and presentation materials
• Support in the development, maintenance and updating of company website & CRM program, ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing initiatives
• Assist in new product launch and sales event/roadshows, including product packaging, planning, preparation and execution
• Coordinate with vendors for quality POSM/ premium development and production
• Provide clerical and administrative support to marketing team
• Perform ad-hoc works and projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder /High diploma holder Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
• University students in your 3 year or above, preferably in placement year who could work full time for 6 months
• 2-3 years’ working experience in Marketing. Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Takes initiative, organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multi assignments
• Fast-paced working culture, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Chinese word processing, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEM, SEO, data analytics
• Candidates with design experience and proficiency in graphics software (such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) will have advantage
• Immediately available is preferred
