Marketing Logistics Assistant / Logistics and Order Management Assistant

Objective of the Position:

To provide operational support in the implementation of marketing strategies and influencer campaigns to strengthen the company’s brand image globally.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Manager to coordinate the logistics to execute influencer campaigns 
• Manage orders and arrange shipments daily and keep the orders updated
• Follow up on products availability, communicating closely with the Product teams
• Tracking orders for smooth deliveries globally, working closely with the Warehouse Team 
• Create and update shipment reports on a regular basis and assist Manager in the preparation of performance presentation

What You Have:

• 1 year of relevant experience in marketing and/or logistics
• Customer service or logistic background would be a major plus 
• Marketing degree or any related degree 
• Good oral and written English communication skills 
• A commitment to producing work of an exceptional standard 
• Motivated fresh grade may be considered
• Must be fast-learning, organized, and detail-oriented 
• Highly motivated individual with a can-do attitude 
• Good project coordination with a sense of priority 
• Good relationship building skills 
• Dynamic and adaptable to a fast-paced growing industry 
• Be a dynamic and effective team player
