Marketing Manager (5-Day Work, $45,000)

About the role

This is a full-time Financial Planning role at Manulife in Kwun Tong District. You will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote the company's products and services, and building strong relationships with key customers.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Managing a portfolio of key accounts and fostering long-term partnerships with clients
• Analysing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and content
• Monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales and marketing activities

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably in the account and relationship management domain
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering successful marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions
• Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
