Marketing Operations Specialist (Third Party Contract)

About the Role...

• Work with Brand Building and Channel & Category Development Teams on all trade activities, from planning to execution;
• Drive point of sales materials designs, production and execution in store for all trade activities, with high quality output;
• Monitor agencies with on-time-in-full at competitive cost and quality service;
• Support administrative work to the team when necessary, such as purchase order, delivery order, item code creation etc.;
• Assist line manager for ad hoc task.

About the Person...

• Diploma holder in Marketing or related disciplines;
• 1 year work experience, preferably in FMCG industry / BTL advertising agency;
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, independent, detail oriented, well-organized and a good team player;
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure and handle complexities in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong written and spoken in English and Chinese (including Mandarin) with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
