Marketing/ Sales Executive

-           Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, construction or a related field.

-           Working experience in marketing/ sales in building materials/ products is an advantage

-           Able to work independently and under pressure

-           Team spirit and initiative are must

-           Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.

-           Ability to create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content.

-           Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

-           Strong interpersonal skills and maintaining client relationships.

Job Summary

• Marketing building materials/ products to contractor, architects, consultants and government departments
• Following up sales and orders with Clients
• Arranging product presentation to architects, consultants and government departments
• Expanding client network
• Searching for potential projects in the market involving company’s products
