Our team specializes in developing autonomous robotic systems that streamline complex tasks and improve efficiency and safety in construction processes.
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our passionate engineering team to assist in the design, prototyping, and testing of innovative robotic systems and components.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for robotic systems.
- Utilize 3D CAD software to create models that meet performance, structural, and durability requirements.
- Build and test prototypes, ensuring functionality and ease of assembly.
- Support the testing and validation of mechanical systems, including field tests and on-site assessments.
- Collaborate with software, electrical, and control engineers to ensure effective integration of mechanical and electromechanical components.
- Maintain documentation for all design and development processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience in mechanical engineering, preferably with a focus on robotics or automation systems. Freshgraduate is also welcome.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design and modeling using software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or similar tools.
- Practical experience in prototype development and testing.
- Basic understanding of mechanical design like tolerancing principles.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing processes, including 3D printing, CNC machining, and sheet metal fabrication.
- Familiarity with electromechanical systems, including actuators, sensors, motors, and communication buses.
Bonus Skills
- Programming control systems using sensors and actuators.
A brief portfolio of images with short descriptions of recent work / project is highly recommended.
