Membership Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide office and administrative support to the Membership Services team in daily operations
• Provide excellent customer service to members
• Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive membership database
• Organize and follow up on all departmental mailings and files
• Maintain an inventory of membership supplies
• Answer telephone inquiries regarding membership issues
• Assist in-house events
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
• With at least 1 year’s relevant experience in club or hotel industry would be an advantage
• Service-oriented, independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team player with an outgoing personality
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
• Fresh graduate will be also considered
