Merchandise Planning Officer/Supervisor (Beauty)

About the role:

1. Management of merchandise and procurement

• Responsible for sales analysis, stock planning, following up & tracking merchandise delivery and shipping log of assigned portfolio
• Formulate assortment plan and procurement plan, follow up on procurement execution and inventory status
• Responsible for sales and inventory analysis, and provide optimization recommendations to the operations teams
• Regularly compile and summarize sales, inventory, promotion reports
• Coordinate with brand partners, store team, supply chain and logistic team

2. Support in Inventory management

Monitor stock level, follow-up with store team and brand partners

3. Support in all Pricing-related topics, particularly for monthly promotional activities

• Work with HQ and brand partners on promotional activities planning
• Follow-up on execution

4. Maintenance of relevant category reports

5. Management of return logistics and other merchandising topics with brand partners

6. Closely cooperate HQ team, operation teams, and other departments to ensure the smooth progress of various tasks

7. Support of ad-hoc and new projects

You are the perfect one if you are/have:

• Degree holder or above, major in Business Administration/knowledge in retail/business management will be a plus
• Previous brand management and/or merchandising and/or planning experience in beauty category is preferred
• Min. 3 years working experience
• Meticulous at work, strong ownership, result-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent analytical capability, strong business sense and numerical sense
• Proactive and action oriented
• Good team player
• Customer focus
• Interpersonal savvy
• Good command of both written and verbal English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS software, e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
