To cope with our development, we are looking for individual who shares the same values as us to take up the position of Merchandiser/Assistant Merchandiser - Ladies' High Fashionin a growing team. 

Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Manage production & order follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Assist in the Product Development process to ensure products meet with customers’ quality and budget requirements
• Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
• Understand customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

You might be a good fit if you have … 

• Diploma or above in Merchandising, Fashion or related field
• 2-3 years' relevant experience, preferably with manufacturing background and/or ladies’ high fashion in woven and knit preferred
• Strong in production follow up and familiar with merchandising and product development process
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Well organized individual with strong problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Literate in Microsoft office programs
• Occasional travel is required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
