Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle full range of Merchandising duties
• Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Familiar with U.S., Europe and other major Int'l market's toy quality and safety standard requirement
• Familiarity with the USA mass retailer’s order processing procedures is a must 
  (such as Walmart, Target, Walgreen & Amazon)
• Able to work independently with overseas customers and vendors
• Maintain and update order-processing system
• Willing to travel to China
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder
• Minimum 5-year experience in Merchandising experience
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple products
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP system and O365
• Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
• Self-motivated, detailed oriented, a team player and able to work under pressure
• Good team player, manage and build relationships with internal & external stakeholders to ensure all projects and products are executed according to the plan
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
