Merchandising Assistant/Assistant Buyer (One year renewal contract)

Job Description

• Manage replenishment and store to store transfer for all merchandises
• Assist with stores stock requests and deposits
• Work closely with regional and HQ cross functional team and stores to assist with stock replenishment, rotation, allocation and stock return of the store
• Assist with sales order creation and stock adjustment in system
• Follow up with MTO and pre-orders with HQ
• Assist Merchandising Manager to provide business and merchandising analysis
• Seasonal buying clerical support
• Prepare template for analysis, feedback, reorder and any other purposes
• Manage product repair and spare parts from boutiques and follow-up with HQ After-sale service team
• Follow up merchandises enquires from stores , follow up on execution status
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 year buying experience in fashion retail industry
• Detail-oriented and analytical skills
• Strong commercial awareness with retail mind set
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Advanced Excel
• Immediate availability preferred
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Buyer
