You will be responsible for:
- Key contact with assigned merchant accounts
- Provide aftersales service to clients for business optimization
- Assist in service activation and deliver updates/solutions to clients in a timely manner
- Day-to-day transaction analysis for revenue maximization
You should possess:
- Diploma or with at least 3 years customer services experience
- Well-organized with excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong analytical mind, numerical skills, and attention to details
- Good written and spoken Chinese and English
- Immediately available is highly preferred
