MLT I

• MLT I, Registered Part I in HKMLT Board
• Medical laboratory management & operation
• Perform daily laboratory tests

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Laboratory operations
• Ensure service quality, good laboratory practices, privacy and security in compliance with Corporation requirements
• Ensure timely generation of test results and sign-off reports
• Take responsibility from planning to implementation such as budgeting, business strategy, board papers, procurement, etc
• Maintain a good laboratory environment, stocks & inventory, facilities and analytical instruments

Requirements:

• MLT Part 1 candidate with at least 5 years MLT Part 1 working experience
• With relevant working experience in clinical laboratory
• Good team worker with excellent communication, organization skills and able to work independently
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
