Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design & Develop: Create marketing materials, e-commerce graphics, product designs, packaging, and exhibition visuals.
• Social Media Analysis: Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate: Join the marketing team on social media timelines for product launches and campaigns.
• Digital Marketing: Develop strategies for online channels.
• Support: Help with other marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher Diploma or above in product design, graphic design, packaging, or related fields.
• Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of solid experience in multimedia design, advertising, graphic design, and printing production. (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
  • Self-motivated with at least 1 year of social media management experience with sizable audiences.
  • Excellent time and resource management skills; ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results.
  • Creative with excellent drawing and concept skills.
  • Proficiency in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects & Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web design, WordPress, animation, and video production will see as advantages.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience and knowledge in SEO, SEM, website development, or cloud technologies will be a plus.
