职位描述

Event & Marketing
 

  • Assist in Museum events, exhibitions, talks, meetings from pre-event preparations (logistics, promotional materials such as banners), and on-site assistance (e.g. venue set-up, registration) to post-event statistics and administrative work.
  • Liaise & follow up with contracts, vendors, co-organizers, performers, production house, etc.
  • Publish online marketing materials through eDM, website, newsletters, and social media (e.g. Facebook, IG)


Administrative Support
 

  • Update various HKMMSS membership lists & databases.
  • Assist in Souvenir Counter duties (on a rotation basis), e.g. take inventory, maintain stock level (and re-order), and prepare souvenir sales reports.
  • Coordinate the operational procedures for the public at the reception counter.


Technical Support
 

  • Set up ZOOM meetings, and operate audio-visual equipment, digital exhibits, etc. for on-site and outreach meetings & seminars.
  • Provide technical support for office computer systems, audio-visual equipment, digital exhibits, and networks (when the IT & Special Projects Coordinator is on leave).

Other duties as assigned

Entry Requirements

  • Diploma or above with 1-year relevant experience in relevant subjects, preferably with experience in event management, digital marketing
  • Good Computer knowledge, e.g. in the use of Microsoft Office and database
  • Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English

Contract terms

  • 12 months (full-time)
  • 5-days work with medical benefit
  • Shift duties on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays
