MVAC - Sr Engineer / Engineer / Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management of projects, ensuring successful execution and completion.
• Collaborate with the project team to coordinate activities and support efficient progress.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor work progress, and address any issues or challenges.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with main-contractors and sub-contractors to facilitate project implementation.
• Resolve ad hoc site matters and ensure effective site coordination.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years (Senior Engineer) / 2 years (Engineer ) relevant working experience in a contracting firm specializing in E&M installation for new build and A&A projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen for monitoring project income and expenditure (Senior Engineer).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and well-organized with a team-oriented approach.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
