.Net Developer - IES - Hong Kong

Work you'll do

• Take up both Government and Commercial projects;
• Assist the Project Manager/Systems Analyst in working out the technical design and system architecture of our solutions;
• Responsible for system development, application support and enhancement projects on both web-based and client/server platforms;
• Participate in all phases of projects including user requirement collection, system analysis and design, programming, testing, implementation, system nursing and maintenance support;
• Prepare system test plan, conduct integrated testing and UAT;
• Produce system specifications and project progress reports;
• Liaise with users on project issues and resolve conflict between project team members;
• Provide technical guidance and monitor performance of his/her subordinates.

We are looking for someone with

• Minimum 2-4 years post-qualification IT experience including at least 1 year assuming the role of Analyst Programmer.
  Two years or above working experience on Government projects.  Experience on Effective Systems Analysis and Design is preferred.

- Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in computer science or equivalent
- Hands-on project implementation experience in the following technology areas :

• ASP.Net, .Net Core 5 or above, Angular Framework, Typescript, .Net Core, LinkQ, SQL, MS-SQL Server
• Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, DevOps, Jenkins, Maven
• Cloud Native application Development on Docker/Container and Cloud Native Application development experience on MS Azure and AWS Cloud platform

- Below professional qualifications are preferred but not essential :

• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• Microsoft Solutions Developer accreditation.
