Network Engineer

• Minimum 2 years of system and network support experience during the past 10 years      
• To perform the adjustment or new configuration in system and network connection
• To provide helpdesk support or appropriate on-site support for the necessary cases  
• Preferably to have Lotus Domino and / or Microsoft Exchange experience.
• Work individual
• Identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders, and replaces parts as needed.
• Perform installation, racking, and cabling services for servers and storage equipment, both personally and through smart hands services.
• Perform both preventive, reactive, proactive, relocation, recertification services at the assigned Data Center / customer site. Provide on-site support to all Storage and Servers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Understand SLAs in a production environment and proactively strive to meet the commitments.
• Travel from customer to customer responding to service calls.
• Testing of replacement parts in Lab / workshop.
• Reconfiguration of hardware for Lab / workshop use.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate problems in a timely manner.
• Assist and support other engineers technically and for territory coverage.
• Attend company and customer meetings as required.
• Handle several tasks simultaneously.
• Finished the assigned training
• Communicates with the Account Service Manager all events that are not anticipated (new product requirements, equipment failure, design changes, schedule changes, etc.).
