Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative New Media Operator to join our team, responsible for managing and operating our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of new media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our social media presence
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
- Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, sentiment analysis) to optimize content and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, marketing, sales etc.) to ensure consistent brand messaging and visuals across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with new media trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- Proven track record of successful social media management (e.g. follower growth, engagement rates)
- Strong understanding of new media trends and platforms (e.g. Youtube, WeChat, Bilibili, etc)
- Excellent communication and writing skills (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and optimize content strategy
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
