Office Manager

What will you do?

• Perform clubhouse management and to ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities and inventories such as Cigars, wines and teas are in good conditions.
• Maintaining a high level of hygiene and quality standard for the clubhouse
• Assist to plan and organize various  activities and events for management level
• Perform vendor management and supervise vendor’s performance.
• Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal.
• Handle petty cash application and control
• Maintain valuable supplies inventory such as wines, cigars and teas, place orders, and ensure stock levels are adequate.
• Work closely together with CEO assistants from local team and China team and tea ladies to ensure the best experience for VIP guests at all times
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management level.

What a successful candidate looks like?

• Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
• At least 2 years of relevant experiences preferably in prestigious clubhouse, hotels or similar establishments.
• Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite and willing to learn.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, including general knowledge of Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office (word and excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Able to adapt changing needs, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
