Officer (Digital Learning)

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the funding projects under the Digital Learning Centre in terms of different training programs
• Internal coordination including course planning and scheduling, facilitating the communication with trainer and trainees, monitor the course progression
• External liaison including course promotion, candidate recruitment, screening, trainer coordination to ensure smooth delivery of the course
• Compile program statistics and reports
• Engaging in continuous IT industry development and to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in this field
• Shift duty is required
• Working location: Choi Wan
• Working hours : Mon-Sat (any 5 days): 09:00-18:00 
• Shift duty is required : 12:30-21:30 (occasionally)
• Any ad hoc duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, preferably in IT / Computer Science, Data Science or other related discipline
• Over 1 years of IT working experience
• Computer literacy in coding and Web Development : Language / Tools / Applications including Java
• Knowledge and experience with video editing software is an advantage
• Good personality, communication skills and problem solving ability
