Onsite Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager (ELV & Cabling)

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Project Manager to join our team. 

Job Duties: 

• Oversee project management tasks from the planning and design stage to the completion and ensure budget and quality standards to be achieved. 
• Coordinate with site staff and concerned parties on all E&M project/design works and monitor quality and schedule. 
• Prepare project documents and drawings, attend site meetings, conduct site progress monitoring and supervision, and so on.
• Liaise with factories, vendors and clients for product solutions.
• Monitor and supervise all Electrical & Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Network Structure cabling project.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Services Engineering or related
• 10+ years of relevant experience in E&M installations preferably from contractor or client side
• Strong analytical skill and contract acumen
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and Project
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
