Job description

About the job:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth operation of all shops.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests and assist with new store openings.
  • Oversee the procurement of office and shop supplies, ensuring sufficient resources, and handle equipment purchases.
  • Address maintenance issues related to broadband, telephone, and POS systems.
  • Assist the marketing and VM departments in following up on promotional materials, decorations, and setups.
  • Provide operational reports, including inventory, sales, to support management decision-making.
  • Serve as a point of contact between different departments to facilitate effective communication and ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and support.

What we look for?

  • Diploma or above in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
