Operation Assistant

Blackbird Works Supply is a subsidiary of Blackbird Automotive Group. We collaborate with prestigious automobile brands to provide comprehensive after-sales services, including logistics, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and Emergency Roadside Rescue Services. We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Operation team, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our esteemed customers.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the operations team
• Handling data entry tasks and processing invoices accurately and efficiently
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operational processes
• Maintaining organized records and documentation related to operations
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• A tertiary education in any discipline
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
