Operation Executive

SUP Retail (Hong Kong) Limited operates both physical bookstore chain and online retail platform in Hong Kong. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic about books and intends to join the team of our fast-growing online retail platform – My Book One (www.mybookone.com.hk).

Job Descriptions

• Participate in school textbook online sales operation from liaison with schools, processing planning and execution.
• Assist to manage the full spectrum of warehouse operations of online platform including order fulfillment and inventory control.
• Support to handle customer's enquiries via email or whatsapp.
• Work and communicate closely with logistic team for ensuring campaigns running smoothly.
• Administrative support of daily routine.
• Any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement

• 1 year or above experience in warehouse operation is preferred.
• Self-motivated, responsible and committed to meet tight deadlines
• Strong Interpersonal Skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Work location: Tsuen Wan
