Operation Supervisor (night shift)

You will:

• Support all around warehouse management and operation
• Responsible for smooth and efficient daily operations in the warehouse
• Assist in the products incoming / order picking / truck loading
• Prepare all necessary documents, reports and clerical supports for DC operation
• Handle daily warehouse tasks such as data entry and filing, as well as order processing
• Follow up and handle other enquires
• Perform any other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with:

• Preferably having distribution service or logistics experience
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office application, Chinese and English word processing
• Initiative, positive and well-organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Working schedule on roster and shift
