Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the sales reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis
  • Communicate and coordinate daily operation and administration support to the store and teams
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising,  IT and other departments to align strategies, address price changes, and resolve promotion issues.
  • Assist in handling leasing-related documents, including leasing agreements, landlord communications, and rental payments.
  • Prepare proposals for new store openings for management review
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as security devices and mystery shopper services providers
  • Provide support in preparing meeting materials, documents and new procedure guidelines
  • Streamline and improve store workflows for enhanced effectiveness
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related discipline
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in operation field, preferably in sizable company
  • Strong problem-solving, organization skills, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office application including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Immediate available is an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Support Specialist
