What You'll Do:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team on a full-time OR part-time basis. He/she will be focused on fulfillment and will be responsible for matching local medical and care institutions with suitable Caregivers (CGs) from our platform. In this role, you will have the opportunity to own and streamline this matching process and to fully engage our CGs to deliver their best work every day. Your role will be pivotal in allowing us to deliver healthcare services to our community!

Responsibilities Include:

• Own the CG fulfillment process from start to finish; knowing how to locate the right CGs from our growing pool of talents and to bring them onto the job
• Be responsible for staffing operations at various hospitals
• Support CGs by answering queries via phone or Whatsapp
• Engage with CGs regularly to better understand and address their needs
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and to ensure a smooth and timely staffing process
• Be responsible for other tasks related to bringing our CGs to work such as handling uniform fulfillment, arranging work documents and resolving ad hoc issues as needed
• Be an Evercare ambassador at the forefront of a hot healthcare startup

You'll be a Good Fit if you have/can/are:

• Work 5 days a week (including weekends) 
• Willing to work on a shift schedule
• Willing to be scrappy and figure things out (we are a startup after all!)
• Energetic and have a strong sense of ownership in tasks
• Equipped with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; word processing skills in Chinese is required
• Creative and are not afraid to speak your thoughts!
• Immediate availability is preferred
